Development and testing carried out by team in Vietnam but towards the end of the project it was found that customer requirements were not being met and a review was undertaken establish the process of requirements gathering, developer solutioning and the test framework. The problem area was found to be over complicated business analysis scenarios which confused development processes and testing. Refining the scenarios to match more clearly to business requirements enabled development and test team members to focus on the necessary work and a streamlined system was produced for an early UAT and after feedback from this the development team were able to provide the client with a UAT final system (on time) which was accepted by the client for delivery to production.
